It's official. I should not be allowed to listen to heart-wrenching soundtracks. I'm listening to tunes from the "Gladiator" soundtrack and they are breath-taking.
I'm also listening to selected tracks from the LOTR. Gorgeous. I love these pieces for the way they make me feel. How can one not be happy when listening to a piece about hobbits?
While happy that such musical beauty exists, it's also a bittersweet feeling. The songs stir something inside...something hopeful. But yet they also make me sad somehow...
Does anyone else know what I'm talking about? It's an almost a nostalgic feeling. Like something is taking me back...or maybe taking me to another place entirely.
Off to another HEA planning meeting.
Thankfully Erin is rescuing me from my plight by putting in "Pure Moods". ...very uplifting. Promotes contentment.
