"...diving for the deepest trust"

It seems as if I've been home for ages, but yet I can barely believe that classes will resume in only a week and a half. The worst of my classes are over, but now begins the gruelling process of internship hunting. There are so many places, but very few that seem to be a true option. It's going to take a great deal of prayer and an even larger helping of faith to figure out where I need to be.

Christmas was good. I got a bodhran and a penny whistle for my instrument collection. The penny whistle isn't difficult and sounds pretty good until I start trying to use clarinet air support. Hehe. I have no clue about the bodhran, but I'm very interested in learning. I've found a few sites that have managed to explain the basics, but apparently there aren't many bodhran instructors here in the U.S. Imagine that. :) I also got nice clothes, a laundry basket, Windsor Castle (no, really), and a spiffy Abbey Road throw. A lot of individuals are picking up on my taste for Asian decor and giving gifts accordingly. Another individual knows my interest in things elvish and gave me Galadriel's ring from Lord of the Rings. It's so pretty. I love it. :)

Now I feel rotten for listing all of the wonderful things I got for Christmas when some kids didn't get anything. Sigh. I list them for memory's sake and not to flaunt them. At least the majority of this year's Christmas gifts are practical and useful in one form or another. :) Anyway!

I hope everyone is having a splendid break. All my love. :)
